Role based access and Authority Levels
UPM Access Management associate management roles to groups of users to support the job functions of different work roles in your organization. For example a standard user processing claims have no access to Financial Management and has authority to approve a claim with a certain limit. -
UPM Security and PCI compliance
Except a Role and a User level access control, UPM has build in rich set of security measures allowing granular access control to the application functions and data as well as encryption of data stored in the database.

Standard Reporting Tools
Natural integration of UPM with MS Office suite of applications allows easy creation of customised letters, HTML emails or ad hoc reports in Microsoft® Office Excel®. -
Report Formats
Reports in UPM are generated in various formats such as PDF or MS Excel. Report templates are fully customisable to include your company logo, colours and other look and feel features.
Document Management Module
Documents required for processing New business and Claims such as insurance applications, invoices from service providers or a broker documents arrive to UPM Work queues electronically in a form of emails, faxes, online forms or scanned files.
Documents are than attached to a respective policy or a claim and filed. UPM user is able to retrieve a policy or a claim and view all related documents.
- Letters & E-mails
Various documents are automatically generated by UPM workflow processes. For example a current policy wording is attached to a customised email on a policy inception.
Templates of letters and emails as well as other system generated documents are fully customisable to flow a company design manual.

Expiry date
For each document such as for example a policy wording, a UPM user can define a validity period. Once a policy application is accepted, system emails a current policy wording at the time of inception together with an insurance certificate and invoice.
